My Approach to Instructional Design

My approach to instructional design is driven by my desire to produce measurable results. I place a strong emphasis on collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and utilize action mapping throughout my design process. By doing so, I am able to avoid the all-too-common pitfall of information dumping, which oftentimes fails to bring about tangible changes in employee behavior.

Instead, I drive engagement by creating compelling narratives that empower individuals to practice decision-making in scenarios akin to those they encounter in their job roles—resulting in your organization seeing measurable improvements in metrics that matter.
